TIM HANEBRINK - VOCALS
Tim has only a vague recollection of events in his childhood, which lends credence to the theory that he is a visitor from another planet who came to Earth with powers and abilities far beyond those of mortal men. After all, how else could someone as mild mannered as Tim turn into a Superman when you hand him a microphone? His powerful gravelly voice has caused countless women to swoon and dogs all over the Front Range to growl and chase their tails in approval.

As he approached adolescence, Tim went from collecting bugs and comic books to singing along with the radio. Shortly thereafter, Tim joined his high school choir. Choir became quite lucrative to young Timothy, as it paid for most of his college education. Over the years, Tim has wowed the masses at local Karaoke nights all around metro Denver, was in a band called Eye to Eye, and has sung in numerous ensembles and worship groups. To hear Tim tell the story, seven years ago he met Sheryl, who stalked him incessantly until he agreed to marry her. But all things turn out for good; they are living happily ever after.

When not singing, Tim is an avid reader of Backyard Poultry and spends his leisure time on his quest to own every DVD ever made (much to the dismay of Sheryl).
SHERYL HANEBRINK - VOCALS
Sheryl has a colorful past but on advice of her attorney she has been advised to remain silent. Let it suffice to say that except for time off to raise her two boys Sheryl has been singing pretty much non stop since Kindergarten. Her love for all kinds of music came at age 6 when she began sneaking a transistor radio under her pillow at night while her parents thought she was sleeping. This single event became a catalyst for Sheryl's uncanny ability to recall truly useless information. Please email her if you remember the Kellogg's Puffa Puffa Rice or Mr. Bubble commercials. She would love to sing them with you.

A turning point in her life occurred in high school when she discovered people would actually pay her to do something she would gladly do for free (singing, so get your mind out of the gutter). Since then, she has sung with countless rock bands, disco bands, worship bands and a cornucopia of ensembles in bars, in basements, at churches, funerals and weddings, bar mitzvahs and at parties. Neighbors have reported that during the full moon Sheryl can be seen in the back yard howling uncontrollably but this has not been substantiated.

Seven years ago Sheryl met the man of her dreams: a dashing and handsome gravel-voiced guy named Tim. They were married six years ago and have been making beautiful music together both on and off the stage ever since.

Besides being a vocalist, one of Sheryl's (and Nora's) lesser known functions in Flöd Perfekt is to counteract all the testosterone running rampant during rehearsals. She accomplishes this by telling the guys how "pretty" things sound. Sheryl's short-term goal in the band is to become proficient at telling Chuck Norris one-liners and, by doing so, take the pressure off of Brad.
NORA DERRICK - KEYS, VOCALS
Nora was born in a hospital, a long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away from the rest of the band members in her own home world - where all girls are princesses… but, that's another story.

Nora's interest in piano came at a very early age when she first heard Mozart. She played classical music until her older brother had conniptions when she played Friedrich Kuhlau's Sonata in C at least 20 times a day for months, maybe years. This led her to believe that she could have had a career with the CIA getting criminals to talk by torturing them with her piano playing. In a few years she graduated to playing Bay City Rollers and Barry Manilow as well as hymns at church on Sunday mornings.

Then, in High School, she was invited to play in an established band… for money! And now…the rest of the story.

The last 20 years she has played and sang with innumerable groups. Rock bands, blues bands, jazz bands, wedding bands (no pun intended), marching bands (clarinet, sax and flute - it changed every year) and lots of worship bands. And…she gets to play music almost every weekend (in front of tons of people). It's not her real job, but there is no place she would rather be; except on vacation, and with her family, and with her friends, and at the movies with a popcorn and diet coke with her husband Don, and at Nordstrom's Rack, and Chili's eating chips and salsa, and hanging out with T, and thinking stuff up...
There is an Indie Band named after her called "I Like Nora". So far they have not played in public yet, but she has high hopes for them.

On a side note: She sings too – and quite beautifully. She can also cook (and not from a box, either)!
BRAD DUPUIS - DRUMS
From a very early age, Brad was discouraged from playing the drums by his parents – something about them being too noisy. This was only a temporary set back, as there were plenty of other things for him to pound on: desks, cans, cardboard oatmeal containers, his little sister...basically, anything that would hold still long enough (eventually, his sister figured out she needed to move faster).

His first opportunity to play an actual drum kit came in college, for the pep band. He was able to convince the rest of the band that he had actually played drums before, and thus weaseled his way into his first gigs. This led to him actually purchasing his own drum kit, which he thought would make regular drum playing more convenient. Once he owned drums, opportunities to play became more frequent, as it was easier to convince people he was actually a drummer. "But, I am a drummer," he would protest, followed by "look- I own drums!" This led to his playing a drummer on a local TV commercial, which further fueled his fantasy of being an actual drummer.

Over time, he pretended to be a real drummer with a series of better and better musicians, playing with bands such as Rhetoric and Cook Street, along with numerous church worship bands. He is beside himself with excitement over playing with Flöd Perfekt (this also allows him to play double bass more efficiently.) His current contribution to the band includes lending the umlaut over the "o" in the band name from his collection of early eighties vintage heavy metal umlauts.
BILL MILLER - LEAD GUITAR
I was an Army brat, my Father served for 22 years and I did the same (1981-2001). I have been all over the world and have to say Colorado (Parker) is the best place on earth. I have been blessed with a wonderful wife, 2 sons and 2 daughters.

I asked the Heavenly Father to guide me and make me the best guitar player that was His will and things immediately took off. I became a member of the Southeast Christian Church worship team and I have been a guitar player for God ever since.

My sister is a professional Bluegrass Flat Picker, and she got me started on the acoustic guitar in the late 70's. As soon as I discovered the 80's hair and metal bands, it was all over - nothing but electric guitar for me!!! After playing for 10 years, I discovered Stevie Ray Vaughan and the Blues, I have been influenced by SRV non stop ever since. I have settled into Stratocaster guitars and Fender amps.

I love Christian Rock, Classic Rock & Hot Rocking Blues!!!
JAMIE LEWIS - BASS
Let's see...I'm the new guy that...no wait...I started playing bass in the early days of my mid-life crisis. That's the truth. It could have been worse. I could have bought a Corvette or jumped out of a perfectly good plane, or went bungee jumping, or bought a silk shirt and sported a huge big gold chain. Apparently I'm not yet too old to hang around with these guys (and girls) and make some noise in Brad's basement (sorry, studio). They have welcomed me in despite knowing nothing about cigars (however, I am up to speed on choosing a good libation to accompany the cigars!).

After playing a little more than 10 years, I still can't settle down with just one bass and one amp. There is a big poster of my face at Guitar Center - the caption reads "quick, go help this guy, he will buy anything". I get threatened if I set foot in Guitar Center. I do it anyway. We're still married… My latest pride and joy is a MarkBass F1 500W amp and an Ibanez SR 405. Hey, the Fender needed something to keep it company hanging on the wall, right?

I have been singing for years, started with acapella singing. You may have heard of the group, Manhattan Transfer. They said I was too much of a classic rock vocal and my southern accent was throwing them off, so they kicked me out. I've played some down in south Denver in a couple rock and blues bands with good friends and still try and gig with them whenever I can in addition to FP. Word has it there are some pictures of me playing in a not so famous establishment dressed in crushed velvet. Also play bass at my church with a contemporary worship band on occasion as well (not in crushed velvet thank you).

I have to give a nod to Jeff Williams, former founding member of the band, for his tutoring and encouragement in the world of bass. I couldn't do it without his expertise. And...I would like to say publicly that Nora is not a pack rat and does not lick her phone.
